Made entirely in Adobe Illustrator, I made this graphic for Associated’s social media for the 2019 Chinese New Year.

The Chinese text, pig, and forklift were made through a lot of heavy clipping masks. The envelope was made with the new gradient feature in AI. The card was then duplicated and layered, with drop shadows to create depth.

The left design, which is a 7000 series Raymond forklift, was my original concept. However, after talking with my sister, I switched that forklift in favor of a 4000 series sit-down forklift, as it is more recognizable as a forklift to people who aren’t familiar with the forklifts.
